LBSconnect Digital Product License
The license terms that apply to templates, prompt libraries, courses, and other digital products purchased from LBSconnect.
1. License Grant
After full payment, LBS grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased template, prompt library, workbook, guide, course, or download for the purchaser's own personal or internal business purposes.
2. Permitted Use
You may:
- download and store a reasonable number of working copies;
- customize templates for your own organization or one client engagement if the product description expressly permits client use;
- incorporate completed outputs into your internal work product;
- print copies for authorized internal users.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, publish, or give away the product;
- upload it to a public or shared repository;
- share one-user access with multiple unrelated persons;
- remove copyright or ownership notices;
- use it to create a substantially similar competing template library, course, or product;
- use the content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or populate a commercial AI model or public dataset without written permission;
- claim the unmodified product as your original work;
- use the product unlawfully.
4. Team and Enterprise Use
Use by multiple employees, affiliates, clients, classrooms, or contractors requires the team, enterprise, classroom, or consultant license stated at checkout or separately granted in writing.
5. Ownership
The product is licensed, not sold. LBS retains all intellectual-property rights. Custom information you add remains yours.
6. AI Prompt Products
Outputs generated by third-party AI systems vary and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, infringing, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, and approving outputs before use.
LBS does not control third-party AI terms or guarantee that a prompt will produce the same result over time.
7. Updates and Support
Updates, new editions, and support are included only if the product description expressly says so.
8. Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable after access or download, subject to applicable law and the LBSconnect Website and Shop Terms.
9. Termination
The license terminates if you materially breach it. Upon termination, stop using and delete unauthorized copies.
