Work-A-Beez Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted and prohibited conduct for Customers, users, and devices accessing Work-A-Beez.
This Policy applies to every Customer, administrator, employee, contractor, user, integration, API client, and device accessing Work-A-Beez.
Permitted Use
Use Work-A-Beez only for lawful workforce administration and related business purposes authorized by the Customer.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- access another customer's account or data;
- access information beyond assigned authority;
- share credentials or PINs with unauthorized persons;
- falsify time, attendance, payroll, identity, or records;
- use another person's identity or clock in for another person;
- bypass device, permission, or authentication controls;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- probe, scan, test, or exploit security without written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service except where law prohibits restriction;
- scrape, harvest, bulk extract, or use undocumented automated access;
- overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service;
- use the service for harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, threats, stalking, or illegal monitoring;
- upload content that infringes rights or violates law;
- process biometric, precise-location, health, immigration, or other sensitive information without authorization, legal review, and required consent;
- sell, sublicense, lease, or provide service-bureau access;
- use the service to create a competing platform;
- circumvent plan limits or billing;
- conceal a security incident or unauthorized access.
Customer Administration
Customers must configure permissions, review users, secure devices, remove former workers, verify payroll-related outputs, and investigate misuse.
Security Research
No penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, stress testing, or automated security testing is allowed without written authorization and agreed rules of engagement.
Responsible security reports should be sent to info@lbsconnect.net with the subject Security Report. Do not access unnecessary data, disrupt services, extort, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability.
Enforcement
LBS may warn, restrict, suspend, remove content, block traffic, preserve evidence, notify Customer administrators, or terminate access. LBS may contact law enforcement where appropriate.
