- encryption in transit;
- encryption at rest;
- backups and restoration testing;
- secure software development;
- dependency and vulnerability management;
- logging and monitoring;
- incident response;
- personnel access;
- subprocessor review;
- data deletion;
- business continuity.
Do not publish "SOC 2 compliant," "SOC 2 certified," "HIPAA compliant," "bank-level," or similar claims unless independently verified and documented.
Availability
No formal uptime SLA applies unless included in a signed enterprise agreement. Published availability statements are targets, not warranties.
